Unfortunately I don’t deliver your parcels myself so I can’t guarantee these times, and if your order hasn’t arrived when expected then it’s likely due to delays with Royal Mail.
Please leave up to 5 working days from dispatch in the UK, 10 working days in the EU and 15 working days internationally before contacting me for a replacement – though after this time has passed I’ll issue a replacement and do everything I can to track down the missing parcel.
REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICYFaulty products, of course, do occasionally happen. Simply email me at email@example.com with a photo and description of the fault and I’ll arrange a replacement within 1 working day [or the next available working day, if it's the weekend].
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault [as aforementioned] with the item I don’t accept returns.
If nothing else, I shall refund you the cost of your order via Paypal payment within 1 working day.
